Plastic in good condition with no cracks  and plunger is spring loaded and returns properly . Wire looks to be in good condition with plug at end.  Case for plug is partially cracked off (see pic) but should not effect usage.  Most tracks I think use alligator clips verus a plug anyway.   I am unable to test because I do not have a slot car track , recent estate find.    Questions are always welcomed .
