There were supposed to be 2 cars in the pack but there is only one. It is in mfg packing. Never been used. I purchase the majority of my items on clearance. I do purchse some items at  a store that sells store returns, closeouts, lost freight, manufacture's over runs, scratch-and-dent, discontinued models, dmaged packages, torn boxes, open boxes, corporate bankruptcies, new and used items. When I describe something as "NEW" that means this is how I purchased it, whether it be from a name brand department store or from a discount store!   Some manufacturers require me to mark or remove labels. With some products the outer packaging may be worn and re-taped, but the item should still function properly unless otherwise stated above. Because our items may have been opened returns, there may be evidence of minor use, scuff marks and scratches outside the viewing area. Also, some accessories may be missing and will be at the discretion of the winning bidder to replace at his/her own expense. Since we do not do a detail inventory of the item, we do not know what, if any, accessories are missing. Many mfg will replace missing parts or pieces at no charge to you. I list any flaw I see with the item and many times I place batteries in to make sure an item works.
