The pink ceramic on the resistor is flaking off but it should still work fine. This is a 3-wire control with alligator clips. It was last used quite a few years ago and has been in storage since, I am guessing at least 15 years. Used maybe two hours total. Wire and alligator clips are excellent shape with no cuts and no tears. Plastic housing has been painted black on back side. Shipping is flat rate in USA. Paypal only.
