The track has some minor surface rust on some pieces I'm sure will clean off pretty easy. Comes with lap counter and hand controls. No transformer. Railings and the things that hold the track up. You get everything in the box. I have 3 cars listed that came with this. Two Revel cars a Mustang and Camaro and a Strombecker Ford J slot car. Sold very cheap with no bogus handling fees. Sh. in the US is $17.50. Lots of parts here and it's a large track. I never seen one these this wide before with banking curves. Good luck.
